Call to Order

HB 69 (Cutler): Replacing the Cancer Drug Repository Program with a broader Prescription Drug Repository Program allowing unused, unopened, non-controlled prescription drugs to be
donated and redistributed by participating pharmacies to indigent patients.

HB 928 (Kosierowski): Requiring daycare employees to acquire, keep, and be trained on the use of epinephrine auto injectors if funded by the Department of Health, and requiring the Departments of Health, and Human Services, to develop related information materials.

HB 1117 (Rivera): Changing the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs’ State Plan requirement from annual to every three years and updating other language on addiction and abuse.
     Amendment A03874: Changing the state plan requirement to every two years.

HB 1851 (Curry): Allowing midwives to certify fetal death.

HB 2540 (D. Williams): Requiring the Department of Human Services to transition access cards for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program to chip-enabled technology.

SR 216 (Dush): Directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct an audit and issue a report on the state’s Medicaid program.
