- Senate Bill 782 (Pittman) – Medicaid coverage for anti-obesity medications
- Amendment A02258 (Brooks) – Specifies the coverage of anti-obesity medications
- Senate Bill 815 (Muth) – Informed consent for pelvic, rectal, and prostate exams
- Senate Bill 818 (J. Ward) – Expands the list of surgical procedures permitted at Ambulatory Surgical Centers to align with the federal Ambulatory Surgery Center Covered Procedures List without requiring a request for an exception or waiver from the PA Department of Health
- House Bill 1774 (Flood) – Amends Act 191 of 2014, the Achieving Better Care by Monitoring All Prescriptions (ABC-MAP) Program to allow access to its prescription information for additional agency personnel
- House Bill 1861 (Lewis) – Amends the Administrative Code to allow temporary regulatory flexibilities to continue emergency response to the COVID-19 pandemic by requiring the state agencies to issue a final report of the regulatory suspensions and terminations
