Call to Order

SB 614 (Brooks) – Amending the Fiscal Code to create a voluntary Primary Care Preceptorship Program grant within the Department of Health, offering clinical rotations in Federally Qualified Health Centers to students in medical programs.
A01973 (Brooks): Replaces the bill’s direct appropriation with funding contingent on federal Rural Health Transformation Program; adds requirements for sustainability plans supported by public-private partnerships, establishes priority for FQHCs serving rural counties, grants rural hospitals first preference in offering residency placements to participating trainees.

SB 270 (Cappelletti) – Amending the Milk Sanitation Law to prohibit the selling or offering to sell human milk over the Internet directly or through classified advertisements.
